EverWatch exists because too many facilities own security systems that nobody can explain. We design and install electronic security infrastructure, and we hand over a file that survives the person who signed the contract.
What we are
A systems integrator. Nothing more, and nothing less.
We design, install, commission and support the electronic systems that protect a building: video, access, intrusion, entry communication, audio, perimeter and the network underneath all of it. That is the whole business, and it is deliberately narrow.
Being clear about the boundary matters. It tells you when to call us, and it tells you when we will bring in a licensed specialist trade instead of pretending the work is ours.
What EverWatch is not
- A guard force or patrol company
- A central monitoring station. We hand systems over to the monitoring provider you choose
- A fire alarm contractor
- An architect or engineer of record
- A grant writer or grant administrator
Documentation is the product.
Hardware gets replaced. The record of what was installed, why, and how it was configured is what determines whether your next contractor can work on it or has to rip it out.
Change orders in writing
No extra work proceeds on a verbal. Every scope change is priced and approved before it happens.
Commissioning record
Each device tested and verified against the design, with the results written down.
Closeout package
As-built detail, credentials, warranty terms and training sign-off, handed over as one file.
